Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a 2nd visit. Our room was beautifully maintained, bright and the bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was so close to a bus stop nearby for cheap, easy transport into the centre of town and the English Church. In Rossopomodoro you could have Italian meals. Nothing to complain about, appreciated our stay.

Breakfast was savoury and delicious, appreciated the position.

Everything was perfect, very friendly staff, superb views over the sea. I got a large room with functional bathroom. The beds were very comfy and I had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and television. Peaceful location in the very nice area and it was a bonus to be nearby a bus station.

Everything is good, truly enjoyed my time here. The breakfast is enjoyable served with wine, pastry and meats cereals. The location it offers is stunning, short walk to historic Funchal, a lovely promenade and Forum. Sao Martinho district is worth looking into. I recommend this hotel and would like to come again.

Nice location, it was very close to the Centre, shops, beach, local restaurants and Forum, lots of different restaurants and a lovely promenade. Besides, it was 15 mins walk from Praia Formosa.

Everything was perfect, the parking was on-site, the room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant was good for lunch, I tried amazing dishes. The bed was extremely comfy, the amenities included iron and ironing board, a work desk, and television.

Minutes from a bus station, the location was stunning and convenient, to Funchal center. The breakfasts were savoury with bacon, fresh fruit and yoghurts.

Most of all I liked the staff and helpfulness they provided for me. I also liked the cuisine which was variable and extremely well served in the best French-restraurant way. I liked that i could travel with a hotel shuttle-bus to the city centre and it was totally for free, the schedule was quite nice. I like Madeira Forum shopping mall close to the hotel location and that fact that almost all green-lined buses passed by the stops neaby the hotel. I also liked the seeing-off gift for me - chocolate candies and buscuits.

I didn't like the cleaning service. On the day of my arrival I had somebody's hair in the basin which was stunning. Though I told them about it at the reception it was effective only a few days. Then I had a towel spotted with lipstick and the towel was for an intimate area, had to address that too. Another thing was breakfasts quite samely, eggs and bread, yogurt, ec.

The peaceful location, we were nearby a bus stop. Our standard room was bright, with a big bed.

We loved the stunning ocean view from our balcony, and the hotel's convenient location near a mall and bus routes made getting around this city a breeze. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The restaurant at this hotel was exceptional, with delicious dishes and a great set menu option. The staff, although students, were very helpful and provided excellent service. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the sea and offering beautiful sunsets. the hotel provided a generous balcony to enjoy the view.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as it was far from the city center and the beaches. Although there was a nearby bus stop, it would have been more convenient to be closer to these attractions.
